Bill specializes in the sale and leasing of single and multi-tenant industrial buildings as well as tenant representation, investment analysis, and brokerage opinion of value.
In just the past three years, Bill has successfully managed more than $40 million in sales and $17 million in lease transactions, totaling over 4.2 million square feet. He closed on over $32 million in sale or lease transactions totaling over 1.415 million square feet in 2019.
